We’re a booth rent salon because we support beauty professionals who are independent yet still want a community that is supportive.
Are you a hair stylist or esthetician in or around Bountiful, Utah? Are you looking for a booth rent salon that feels comfortable, down-to-earth, and welcoming? Then we want to meet you. Here’s what you need to know.

Full-time booth rent and treatment room rent is $922/month.
All lease agreements are for one year, and all rates increase 3% each year on August 1st.
Retail commission is given as a discount on monthly rent. There is no minimum required.

All booth rent includes:
On-site laundry
Natural, healthy beverages for clients
Booking button/link placement on website
Access to a break room
Cleaning supplies
General building maintenance
For hairstylists:
One chair, shared shampoo bowls, and shared processing chairs
Storage cabinet and rolling cart
Towels, capes, backbar products (Hairstory, Davines, Oway, Cult+King, K18)
Retail products & exceptional retail commissions
For other service providers (treatment room renters):
One room with keypad lock to protect your supplies and products
Shelving unit and rolling cart

All renters need:
A solid existing clientele and personal marketing skills
Cleanliness and respect for your fellow stylists
Credit card processing
License and insurance
Hairstylists need:
Tools and a non-toxic color inventory (like Oway, O&M, or Davines)
Treatment room renters need:
Tools and supplies
Beds, chairs, and other furniture needed for their services

We have three treatment rooms on the lower level of the building. Two have sinks with hot and cold water, and the third is a dry room.
These rooms are the perfect spaces for facials, waxing, brow services like microblading, lash extensions, some types of bodywork, or even tattoos. (Because there is a salon upstairs and they are not sound proofed, the rooms may not be right for some massage therapists, reiki, or other meditative spa services.)

However, the complete answer is a calculation of number of clients + service pricing + frequency of visits - cost of doing business (consumable resources, rental, and credit card processing fees).
